All our products are handcrafted by skilled local artisans across various weaving communities in the Philippines, ensuring authentic quality and supporting traditional craftsmanship.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer nationwide shipping within the Philippines. Metro Manila orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while provincial orders may take 7-10 business days.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), GCash, Maya, and bank transfers via our secure checkout gateway.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is in its original condition with tags attached. Please note that custom-made items are final sale.

To maintain the beauty of your items, wipe them with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth. Avoid soaking in water and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we primarily ship within the Philippines. However, we can arrange international shipping on a case-by-case basis. Please email our support team for a custom quote.
